Big Island's only olive oil producer with freshly pressed olives from two different varietals. The olives are grown in the northern part of the island near Waimea where the weather produces the perfect climate for growing olives. Once ripe, the olives are hand picked, and transported down to our farm where they are freshly pressed into oil.
We offer two different varietals of oil, Arbequina and Koroneiki. Arbequina olives originate from the Spanish region of Cataluña, where these small olives produce a delicious fruity flavored oil. Koroneiki olives are one of the most common and ronouned varietals in Greece and are known for their peppery and vegetal flavor.
Perfect for sauteeing your favorite vegetables or as a compliment to your fresh caprese salad, our favorite way to enjoy this fresh oil is drizzled over a freshly baked baguette with a sprinkle of sea salt and cracked pepper.
