A rare, award-winning expression of Kona coffee, Kona Blossom brings together tradition, experimentation, and the character of our farm in every cup.

Made from Kona Typica, this coffee undergoes a carefully controlled 72-hour carbonic maceration, a process that helps develop its distinctive sweetness and aromatic complexity. We then medium roast each small batch to highlight notes of vanilla, orange blossom, and caramel, creating a smooth, fragrant cup with a beautifully sweet finish.

In 2026, Kona Blossom earned Gourmet Silver at the AVPA International Competition for Coffees Roasted at Origin in Paris, where coffees from around the world were evaluated.
