• Varietal – Part of the Arabica family, Geisha gets its name from the Gori Gesha forest in Ethiopia, where it is said to have originated. Known for its delicate florals and complex character, it is one of the world’s most celebrated and sought-after coffee varietals.
• Process – Yeast Co-Fermented – During this carefully controlled fermentation method, select strains of yeast are introduced to enhance natural sweetness, clarity, and aromatic complexity in the final cup.
• Roast – Medium-Light Roast
• Flavor Notes – Notes of cacao, grape, cherry, and violet, with a silky body and layered floral finish. This coffee is soft yet vibrant, with a clean sweetness and lingering complexity that make it a true tasting experience.
